Located near the heart of the village, while offering peace and tranquility, the chalet is an ideal base for enjoying summer and winter delights of Nendaz. In summer, the swimming pool and tennis courts are a 5-minute walk away. Large entrance to store boots and ski equipment. Sauna - bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. First floor: Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1 bedroom with 2 x bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Access to the garden equipped with a BBQ Second floor: Very cozy living room with fireplace, television, dvd player. Reading area with a sofa bed 2 bedrooms with double beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Garage and up to 2 places in front of the chalet During the winter season a 4 × 4 car or snow chains may be required to access the chalet. Other things to note Good to know:   Included in the cleaning fee and for the number of people indicated at the time of booking: - beds made on arrival - towels - final cleaning   Optional: - Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair) - 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person Wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the BBQ is to be provided by the tenant. Groups of young people are not allowed. Bachelor parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. We thank you in advance for respecting this. Pets are allowed on request for a supplement of CHF 50 per stay/ pet. --> Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation. --> For reasons of hygiene, no pets are allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas.
