With an area of about 70 square meters (plus another 70 square meters of terrace), three rooms (2 double bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed), as well as two independent bathrooms, the apartment is particularly suitable for comfortably accommodating two or three couples of friends or families with children. The property was renovated in 2019, and all rooms are equipped with a heat pump/air conditioner. The large terrace is located upstairs, and is fully furnished with a table and 8 chairs and two outdoor lounges with 4/6 seats each. In a corner of the terrace, a large wooden pergola covered with reeds has been built, which allows you to enjoy the terrace at all times of the day, even the hottest. The property also has two bathrooms with a shower (one with a whirlpool), two balconies (one with a sea view), an entrance and a corridor. The kitchen is well equipped, and includes, in addition to the refrigerator with freezer, a ventilated electric oven, 4 gas stoves, a microwave oven, coffee machines (Italian and American), electric kettle, toaster, and all the cooking equipment for 6 people (pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.). A washing machine and sink are also available on the terrace, as well as a barbecue. Guest access The entire apartment, including the terrace upstairs, is exclusively available to guests who book it. In front of the building's front door, there is a steel ring where you can chain the bicycles that guests may rent.
