Our apartment offers comfort, charm, security and tranquility in the historic area of Porto. Located near Rua de Santa Catarina, 3 minutes from Mercado do Bolhão, 8 from the emblematic Café Majestic and Avenida dos Aliados (on foot). Completely refurbished, it offers all amenities and has been decorated with the dedication of those who like to feel comfort and quality of life. At 500 meters, we see a healthy frenzy, were it not for the Portuguese the happiest city in Europe. The space The apartment is well sized, comfortably accommodating 6 people. It has a double bed in the bedroom, a double bed in the suite and a double sofa bed in the living room. The living room has the necessary furniture, air conditioning as well as television. WiFi network serves the whole apartment. The toilet is equipped with a modern set of crockery and decorated to perfection. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items for a good cooking experience: quality utensils, oven/ microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. For laundry, the apartment is equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack. Sheets, bath towels and hair dryer included. Building with elevator. Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms of the apartment exclusively. The nearest private car park is Onepark - Bairro Bolhão, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It costs approximately 15€ per day (updated in January 2024). Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., however, we always try to have the apartment ready before then. In the meantime, if you wish, you can leave your bags at our office, in front of the Aliados metro station, at: Praça General Humberto Delgado, nº267, piso SL, sala 10, Porto Other things to note Invoice will be issued in the name of the final customer. If you need an invoice with another name, it must be requested until the day of check-in. We appreciate your cooperation in making your stay more enjoyable: We all have an environmental concern. Please collaborate by turning off lights, air conditioning and other electrical appliances before you leave home. To maintain a calm environment and show respect and consideration for our other guests and neighbors, we hope you avoid making noise, especially after 10pm.
