The JOMO Tri Terrace is located in a highly sought after location on the north shores of the Gravois arm. This location is a rare combination of a no-wake shoreline while on an enormous cove. You can enjoy this family friendly, peaceful neighborhood with plenty of room to relax. This property boasts over 100 feet of lakefront with private dock for swimming/fishing and magnificent views. Private dock, WiFi, smart TVs, parking, fully stocked kitchens (3) and outdoor gas grill. The space Come stay JOMO at the Tri Terrace! Recently remodeled and furnished, the property consists of three complete residences with a large private dock with 3 available boat slips, making it perfect for a multi-family get away. There is plenty of parking for all. Nestled in a rare location between Coffman Beach boat access and Camp Sabra on over 100 feet of no-wake shoreline. This is a perfect location for water sports such as tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Also, ideal for dock activities like fishing, swimming, or laying out on the maui mat. The west facing lake frontage will also provide the most beautiful sunsets, especially when set behind a shorefront fire pit blaze with a s’more in hand. You and your guests will have access to the entire Tri Terrace property and amenities with parking included. Unit 1 has 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each) + a sofa sleeper, unit 2 has 1 bedroom (queen bed) + a sofa sleeper, and unit 3 has 2 bedrooms (queen in one and 2 bunks in the other). Each of the three residences has its own lakefront entrance from the large multi-level deck. On the inside, every Tri Terrace unit has a fully stocked kitchen (with coffee station), bathroom, bedroom(s), and living room. Wifi is included and Smart televisions are located in each living room with complimentary Samsung channels, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+. Each unit comes fully furnished, including life jackets and beach towels for lake use, so you can leave your towels and linens at home! While visiting, try your hand at our property’s signature game - “Shut the Box.” Heading outdoors are lots of entertainment areas to relax and enjoy your stay with sights and sounds of the lake surrounding you. For those that love to cook outside, there is a weber gas grill. Outdoor tables and seating are available to enjoy outdoor dining. You can also partake in other outdoor recreation activities available. The whole family can compete in a game of corn hole. At night you can wind down and enjoy the sunset by the wood fire pit that overlooks the lake. And of course, spend lots of time on our large dock! Dock slips are available: 1 - 26’x9’6” v shape front, 2- 26’6”x9’4” v shape front; 3- 23’x9’ rectangle. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for use as well. Waterfront dining options such as Jolly Rogers, Lake Burger, and Coconuts are close by or you can take a short drive to the Lake House Cafe just down the road. The JOMO Tri Terrace is just a 20 minute drive to the Bagnell Dam strip with plenty of dining and shopping. The outlet mall is just a 30 minute drive away in Osage Beach. It's common for homes in the Ozarks to have steep driveways and ours is no exception. There is also gravel road (with a steep hill) leading to our property. While we are in a no wake cove, the lake can get rough and boats in slips need to be secured. We are not responsible for any damage to boats docked on our property. Note outdoor security cameras are on the property: 1-front on a pole viewing outdoor parking, 2-on the dock viewing lakeside, 3-in boat house garage, 4-on back tree with view of dock, 5-on front light viewing parking/street; these are in place simply for security of our property. House rules will be sent to guests upon booking and guests must provide agreement of all house rules or reservation will be canceled. Guest access It is common for driveways around the Lake of Ozarks to be steep, and our place is no exception. Steep driveway leads you down to the flat parking. There are 3 parking spaces down the driveway and there are 2 parking spaces at the top of the driveway (or this can be used for a boat trailer). There is NO on street parking. There is also about a half of a mile of gravel road (some steep) to get to our home. Other things to note Jet skis / Jet ski lifts & boat / boat lifts are on the property, but STRICTLY NOT for use by guests. Do Not Touch jet skis, boat, lifts, or lift equipment. While we are in a no wake cove, the lake can get rough and boats in slips need to be secured. We are not responsible for any damage to boats docked on our property.
