Villa “I Gelsomini” is a cozy villa located on the Lake Garda (Verona side). The breathtaking view makes it unique; the large terrace where you can dine with family and friends offers unforgettable sunsets. The villa is fully furnished and has 6 bedrooms for 11 guests. From here, you can easily reach the most beautiful villages on the Lake of Garda (Sirmione, Garda, Limone, Riva, Peschiera..) because you will be in the center of Lake Garda. Torri del Benaco, the town, has a ferry boat. The space This nice Villa on Lake Garda comes on 3 levels, it has 6 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a marvelous view (where to enjoy a good italian glass of wine ;-). It's fully furnished and equipped with SMART TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, barbecue and a nice and large garden which is set in a magnificent terraced olive grove. Villa i Gelsomini, is just 10 minutes walking from the town Torri del Benaco - There is the shuttle service that will take you up and down if you don't want to walk ;-) It can accommodate up to 10 /11 guests; 2 parking spaces are available in the villa. GROUND FLOOR : The main entrance places you on the 1st floor where you enter into the spacious and bright living area with lounge and dining areas. Two large comfortable sofas sit between a rustic fireplace on one side and the SMART TV on the other. On the same floor there is a spacious Tyrolese style kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans, plates and silverware. Also on the ground floor there is the tastefully furnished master bedroom (with A/C), a spacious second bedroom with two single beds (with A/C) and a large bathroom (with bathtub). The first bedroom has a double and confortable bed - the room overlooks the Lake. Next to it, the second bedroom, with 2 single beds. TERRACE: The large terrrace is beautifully situated on the ground floor so as to take full advantage of the stunning lake views. The living area, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom have all access to it. The terrace is spacious enough to accommodate a large table so guests can enjoy relaxing lunches and dinners out in the open, with the breathtaking view of the lake. LOWER FLOOR : The lower floor of the villa has easy access by an internal staircase as well as by a large entrance from the garden. On this floor there is a beautiful and big bedroom with a double bed, a piano, a table where to work, and a veranda that opens out onto the equipped garden surrounded by olive trees. Next to this bedroom there is another one with a double bed. On this floor there is a just renovated bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. Another room with a large oak table that can be used as play room or winery. Upon request it is possible to add one extra bed for young guests ;-) 1st FLOOR: On the upper floor of the villa, one double room with two single beds (with the A/C) plus a small balcony and a small bathroom (no shower in it). Another bedroom with a single bed with the A/C system The best thing about this Villa is that the reason why it was built was to enjoy beautiful and memorable moments with families or friends. In the last few years, we understood that it is truly a place of reconciliation where anyone who has spent even just a few days has been able to create good memories with family and friends. Guest access It is a completely private Villa and has all the amenities and comfort you could hope for. Guest have full acces to the entire property and to the wonderful garden. You will find bed linen and towels inside the property. Other things to note IMPORTANT - FROM APRIL 1st TO OCTOBER 31st, please don't forget that you shall pay the Tourist Tax required by the city (children / young people under 14 years are free); the cost is 1 Euro per person per day that you will need to pay cash at the check-in. IMPORTANT - From November to March the total rate includes as well the cost of the heating ; during the other months, if you wish to use the heating , the cost will be charged apart from the rent depending on the consumption (according to the consumption counter).
