The space The Villa consists of 2 floors, each of them having a bedroom, a spacious living room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace. From the parking, the stairs lead you down to the upmost floor of the house. A bright living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed and single bed, private bathroom with shower can be found there. Big furnished terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent views over Budva Riviera and the surrounding mountains, is adjoining living room. Going down to the next floor, there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, and another big terrace where you can enjoy stunning sea view. On the ground floor, right next to the seasonal outdoor swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa and private pool with scenic views. Free Wi Fi is provided, as well as cable TV channels. There is a free parking place on spot. Other things to note COVID-19 update: Montenegro officially declared no official restrictions (negative tests, self-isolation) when it comes to entering the country from any other country. The city tax is not included in accommodation price. It is 1 EUR per adult per day and it is obligatory for anyone staying longer than 4 days. If a person travels between cities in Montenegro, city tax should be paid for each city separately. The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays.
