Studio Eli - right in the center

Small but completely equipped Studio in the heart of the old town of Rovinj. If you want to pay a small price and still enjoy Rovinj to the full our Studio is the best choice. The space Tiny but well equipped Studio can welcome you during your exploration time in Rovinj. Kitchen with fridge, oven and cooker, air conditioner, cable TV. Bathroom has no separate shower, but the whole bathroom is used as shower (similar as box showers on ships). It is quite small so do not be surprised :) We accept less than 7 days booking out of season. Possible monthly rent from October to March for 280 euros/month. For monthly rates the untility costs are not included (water and electricity). Guest access The Studio is on the 1st floor. Private entrance. Other things to note The accomodation's price does not include the tourist tax fee (1,10€ per person per day), which is mandatory in order to register the guests at the local tourist community's office. Free parking available, walking distance 15 to 20 minutes. We can help you with it on arrival.
