The town overlooks the Bocche di Bonifacio, the famous strait that divides Sardinia from Corsica (France). It is one of the most famous seaside resorts and boasts some of the most beautiful and loved beaches of northern Sardinia. The beaches are the main reason for the popularity of the country and one of the most appreciated attractions is precisely the possibility, for those who love to swim, to move seamlessly from one beach to another, appreciating according to the weather and the wind. The space Lovely & comfortable apartment located in a residencial area and on a fairly central road that however remains rather quiet and peaceful for walking in the evening. Also located within walking distance of all the local amenities, 5 mins from shops, bars and tourist port. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a kettle and toaster, excluding oven though, microwave oven. There is a garden table with 4 chairs on the balcony, 2 x TVs, washing machine, clothes horse, air conditioning / heating, ironing board and iron. - Winter blankets available in the wardrobe. Guest access Apologies in advance but my English is not perfect, however, you will not have trouble communicating with me. Please note discretion and manners are important when you visit our home. Comfortable space which is well lit all day, two large balconies. Wide and bright double bedroom, spacioous living room with kitchenette. Comfortable bathroom with shower, bidet, wash basin & toilet. Parking is free right outside the building or in the surrounding streets. Other things to note - I invite guests to read carefully all the information listed on the site especially in my ad (Detailed information with the services and description of the apartment); - Please report any sort of inefficiency within the first 24hr. I will be at your disposal in order to work everthing out with you. - It is the duty of the guest to leave the apartment in a decent state (bathroom, bedroom, kitchen), especially the kitchen must be left clean (all the equipment, kettle and toaster, gas hob and fridge must be perfectly clean), the fridge completely empty, and the rubbish/garbage properly removed. - Please remove the rubbish/waste regularly: the town provides recycling facilities that must be adhered to (please read the photocopy provided on the back of the kitchen door); Short of that the additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit - € 30,00 -; - Please smoke only outside the apartment (on the balcony); - Please be careful to the furnishings and objects inside the apartment and leaving home in the same conditions as you have found it; - During the months of April and October it's advisable to bring pajamas and winter socks; - We accept no responsibility for any theft or loss of objects and money inside the apartment; - The apartment has a safe; - You do not provide soap for washing machine and for washing the kitchen utensils; - Hairdryer and first aid kit available in bathroom; - Free as part of your rental is bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay; - You are not authorised to use the linen and towels outside the apartment; - Baby bed hire (0/2 years) free, for questions about this, please contact the owner; - At the end of your stay you must not forget to leave keys (no. 3) in the appropriate safety key deposit box. - The final price indicated by the Airbnb system during the booking process includes the costs for light, water, gas and final cleaning. P.S. For the purposes of compliance with current Italian national legislation, after making the reservation, it will be mandatory to provide the owner with the personal data of an identity document / passport to register the guests with the police authorities. In fact, Italy has security standards that require each host to record the information of its guests before check-in and to communicate it to the police through a special online portal, without exception. Before your booking, do not hesitate to ask the owner for any type of information and / or clarification. - The confirmation of the online booking and the start of the use of the apartment imply the reading and acceptance of the rules of the house, as well as its complete observance.
