Brand new seafront villa with spectacular sea and sunset views! Villa Ios Blue is just 5 mins walk to Koumbara and Tzamaria sandy beaches and only a few mins drive to Ios port and Ios Chora/town. Four good quality restaurants are within walking distance. The space Our villa is a dream come true for us. We spent an enormous amount of time and energy on every architectural detail, while we tried hard to have a minimum impact on the environment. This is our own family villa that we rent to sophisticated travelers during the time that we do not use it ourselves. It is very important for us that our visitors feel at home in our villa and treat as if it were their own. Villa Ios Blue is a seafront holiday house with amazing sea and sunset views. It offers total seclusion but is on walking distance from two sandy beaches and four well known restaurants. The port and the town of Ios are 5 mins away by car. The villa is 160 sq. m on a 3 acre piece of land that reaches out to the sea. It is actually an architectural marvel, built with respect to local tradition using local handmade materials. Huge verandas and terraces wrap around the building, built in such a way to minimize the prevailing north winds of the Aegean sea. The villa accommodates 6 guests. It features a sitting room with two sofa beds, dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, guest wc and two large bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed (1.80 x 2.10) and en-suite bathroom with a beautiful stone washbasin and a large built-in shower. The second bedroom is actually a studio. It features a queen-size bed (1,60 x 2.00) two single beds and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy wonderful sea views. The main veranda offers seating and dining facilities. A long stone built bench reaches all the way from the one end of the veranda to the built-in barbeque on the other end. The barbeque itself was carved in a large rock in its natural position.
