Our Guest House 1910 includes 3 Guest Bedrooms. Upstairs, reserved for hosts, are the La-Pape and Lucarne rooms, which together form the Suite la-Pape. Chambre la-Pape enjoys stunning views of the island of La-Pape surrounded by the old Rhone. On the same floor is a cozy bathroom with bathtub and toilet to share. On the first floor of our guest house is the Florentine bedroom, with its connecting bathroom and separate toilet. To fight the COVID 19 pandemic, a series of strict health measures have been put in place: - Entrance specially dedicated to travelers, - Provision of hydroalcoholic gel, - Long and systematic ventilation of listings with a minimum duration of 4 hours, - Use of disinfectant, - Professional cleaning done with masks and gloves, - Unoccupied listings over a 24 hour period. For more calm and independence, the property also has an independent furnished house of 80 m2, with a capacity of 6 people, located 50 meters from the Belle Epoque house, and customizable, according to the request, in a room and guest suite or entire cottage. An outdoor swimming pool heated in season, from a stable natural water temperature of 19° for at least 8 days, open in season from 9am to 8pm, and a tennis court are available to guests. We offer visitors outside the Guest House, a half-day pool package, in a time slot from 11am to 4pm, €25 per person and €10 for children under 3 years old. All bedrooms and suite have free and unlimited internet. Free parking on the property. Baby cot (supplement of 10 euros) and extra bed (supplement of 20 euros for the addition of an extra bed in a double bedroom) available. Guest access Hosts have access to the floor reserved for the second floor of House 1910 with two bedrooms as well as the bedroom on the first floor. We offer our hosts a French, Organic, local, and seasonal breakfast, (direct organic products producers), which takes place in the dedicated private spaces per accommodation unit, or, on the large terrace of the gazebo, in private tables at least 5 m away from each other, when the weather allows it. Carefully crafted, it is composed of raw coffee and tea from fair trade and/or organic, organic pressed orange juice, fresh pastries and breads, regional organic jams and honey, fresh organic butter and cheeses in organic dishes, and seasonal regional fruits. It will be paid on site, for the price of €10 per person per night. In addition to breakfasts, Villa Castel now offers meals (price from €18 and €25 menu excluding drinks). Guests also have access to the entire large flowered and wooded garden of the property, but also to the tennis court, and the outdoor heated swimming pool in season, from a natural water temperature of 19° stable for at least 8 days, open in season from 9am to 8pm in the evening. During your stay The exchanges with our hosts are done by phone or by mail. We are present on the property during our hosts' stay. Besides French, we also speak English and Russian. Other things to note We gladly give our hosts directions and information about the sites to visit and the best restaurants in Lyon but also the sites to discover around Lyon such as the village of Pérouges or Beaujolais.
