Come and enjoy this house 5 minutes from the sea! You will not be outdone in terms of activities: relaxation on one of the beaches of the Nevez coast, water sports... This pretty 90 m² pied à terre has a garden which you can enjoy all day long thanks to its North/South orientation! You will also have a living-dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Only the sheets are provided. The space Ground floor: - A large living-dining room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table for up to 6 guests, a fireplace as well as direct access to the garden through a large glass door. - An open plan kitchen of 30 m², open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, mircrowave, etc... - Bedroom 1: bright bedroom with a double bed. - A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, storage space, clothesline and hairdryer. - Separate WC On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: two double beds, storage and views of the garden. - Bedroom 3: double bed, coffee table, storage and garden view. Outside : - A garage to store your beach gear. - A large private garden with trees of 700 m² with a double north/south exposure, so you can enjoy the sun all day long! You will have at your disposal: a hammock and two "fatboy" type cushions to stroll around, garden furniture to rest, a table, chairs and a parasol, a small slide for children, a Weber three-burner barbecue for your land or sea grills, a football goal. Guest access You have access to the entirety of the property.
