Luxurious monumental bulb shed near beach 10 persons.

In the beautiful village center of Noordwijk Binnen, 5 minutes from the beach, you will find this characteristic Bollenschuur from 1909. Completely renovated in 2019 and converted into a luxurious vacation home for 10 people including 2 children. With 4 atmospheric bedrooms, 3 marble bathrooms and a large, open living space, we offer families and groups of friends with children a wonderful stay. In Noordwijk, you can enjoy the beach and dunes all year round and the colorful bulb fields in spring. The space The vacation home is on the first and second (top) floors of the bulb shed. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms with bathroom en-suite. One bed is a built-in bunk bed (80 cm x180 cm) intended for 2 children, so that a total of 10 people can stay (max. 8 adults). On the top floor is the living area. There, in the spacious kitchen, you can cook extensively and enjoy an atmospheric dinner. All kitchen facilities, including oil, herbs, dishwasher blocks and kitchen roll, are provided. The sun can also be enjoyed through the open skylights. And the view of the dunes, with Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin as a landmark. By car, you will be on the beach in 5 minutes, walking in 15 to 20 minutes. We also have games and toys in a children's corner. 2 high chairs, stair gates and 2 baby cots are available. Furthermore, amenities such as a supermarket, butcher and bakery are within a 2-minute walk (shopping street). And also cozy restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. Interestingly, the owners won the 2019 Heritage Award from Vereniging de Oude Dorpskern in Noordwijk with this former flower bulb shed. The judges were unanimous in their assessment, stating: "The renovation of this municipal monument was a bold project, as the building was about to collapse. With courage, energy and perseverance, something great has been achieved, preserving this characteristic building - with very high cultural-historical value - for the future. Because significant attention has been paid to the hidden architectural details, they are completely visible again. The bulb barn is an inspiration for other developments in the historic village center." Guest access The entire first and second/upper floors have the guests to themselves. On the first floor is the office of the owner, who lives elsewhere. The vacation home and office share only the entrance. Other things to note Bed linen, bath towels, tea/drying towels and final cleaning are included in the price. The bunk bed is built in, 80 cm wide and 180 cm long, so it is especially suitable for children. So 10 people can stay, as long as at least 2 of them are children. Sometimes we make an exception, then the "smallest" of the group sleep in the bunk bed. The tourist tax is 2.51 euros per person per night and can be paid at check-in. Rental conditions Parties are not allowed, and we do not rent the accommodation to groups of friends under 30 years of age, due to agreements with the neighbors. Our space is mainly suitable for families and groups of friends with children. With your booking, the entire group agrees to these rental conditions.
