The spacious 180m² holiday villa consisting of two separate buildings was recently built in 2016 and generously equipped for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and wireless internet access. Spread over two floors, the following premises are available: two open living and dining areas, each with a modern kitchen, four bedrooms and three light-flooded daylight bathrooms. The living areas are each furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. The space Outdoor area: At your leisure you and your family have a pool with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, spacious terrace and a beautifully landscaped, shady courtyard. A large parasol on the terrace donates when needed pleasant sun protection at lunchtime. In the evening, the large, covered stone barbecue next to the courtyard is especially popular with our guests. The tables and chairs also provide ample space for a large family. Interior layout: On 180 m² living space you have enough space to spread out. In four bedrooms with cozy double beds, you can rest your batteries undisturbed. The two living rooms invite you to relax with their comfortable pull-out sofa beds. In the two open, fully equipped kitchens you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. Whether in the dining area by day, the balcony or the courtyard in the evening by candlelight - eat whenever and wherever you like it. The three beautiful and modern bathrooms with shower invite you to feel good. Domestic equipments: Our house is equipped with high quality, so you do not have to give up the usual comfort of home, even on vacation. The price includes the following amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer), oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, iron, towels and bedding. Hairdryer as well as a safe for your valuables. All windows and balcony doors are equipped with fly screens and shutters. Cot and high chair we offer free of charge, but are available only in limited numbers and should be requested in advance. Leisure activities: Here we would like to give you a small overview of great leisure activities for the whole family, all of which are either right on the doorstep or just a few minutes drive away: jet ski rental, rafting, canyoning, kayaking, hiking, diving, climbing, zipline, Banana boating, parasailing, boat trips on islands, etc. Lovers of beautiful sandy beaches in Omiš (14 km) get their money's worth. Restaurants: Those who spend their holidays in Central Dalmatia will not find it difficult to find a good restaurant, snack bar, café or bar. From Split to the Old Town in Omiš, there are countless stops for the little and big hungry. The offer covers the entire international cuisine and ranges from hearty to vegetarian. Shops: Even on vacation you do not have to do without shopping. Be it for the food or rather a real shopping foray - the choice is yours. For daily needs you can get the most in Srinjine. In about 5 minutes you are at one of the 3 supermarkets, the bakery or the post office. Other things to note Please note that pets are not allowed on our property. Please note that smoking is prohibited. Parties, loud music, or similar noise disturbances are prohibited. The prescribed quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM must be strictly observed.
