The space “Torre del Falco” is a beautiful and ancient stone tower just 2 kilometers from the medieval town of Spoleto, a place full of history renowned in the world as much for its charm and beauty, as for the many cultural events that take place there, first of all the Festival of Two Worlds. This ancient stone tower has been recently restored with particular attention to maintaining its original appearance. The interiors have been completely renovated and a 17-by-5-meter swimming pool has been built a few steps from the villa. In its atmospheric rooms, La Torre can accommodate up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen equipped with all comforts; you can choose to set the table inside, or prefer the outdoor table in the shade of the gazebo and next to the pool. The bright and beautiful living room occupies the entire first floor, with its comfortable sofas, large fireplace and panoramic windows overlooking the pool and surrounding greenery. Each of the three upper floors consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom, all overlooking the countryside and woods, for a total of six bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the top floor, the most beautiful surprise awaits you: a delightful kitchen overlooking a splendid panoramic terrace, with a 360-degree view of the surroundings. Among pots overflowing with plants and colorful flowers, in the shade of the gazebo, you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches or afternoon refreshments while enjoying the beautiful view, or dine by candlelight caressed by the night breeze. The property includes two other delightful independent houses, Il Nido and Il Falconiere, respectively for two and four people; both can be rented separately or together with the Tower, to accommodate in the latter case groups of 18 guests. The beautiful 17-meter saltwater pool is surrounded by olive trees, lavender and countless rose bushes, and overlooks the beautiful landscape of the valley and the mountains beyond. Sunbeds, chaise-longues and umbrellas are available around the pool for your relaxation. A few minutes from the property you will have all the attractions of Spoleto: the beautiful medieval streets, churches rich in works of art, one of which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage, museums and archaeological finds, as well as the numerous cafes, restaurants and shops will attract your attention and will not allow you to get bored even for a minute!In less than an hour you can reach the most fascinating places in Umbria, such as Assisi, Todi, Perugia, Spello, Bevagna, the Marmore waterfalls, Norcia and the beautiful Val Nerina, where it is possible for adults and children to practice rafting on the Nera River.
