Villa Malvasia, is one of a five villa complex, built in June 2 0 1 9, right in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. The whole property is away from public roads and is extremely quiet. It consists of two floors, with the living - dining area, kitchen and a bath at the ground floor, the bedroom and an en-suite bathroom at the first floor. Past the villa's wide patio doors you walk out, onto a spacious, open terrace, which generously offers 360°, panoramic views, over an incredible valley, the hills and the sea. Here you will surely experience endless relaxation by your private pool and spectacular sunsets. It's an ideal place, especially for honeymooners, couples, small families and friends. Here is a brief description of our stylish getaway: In the living room you'll find - a sofa bed to rest, during the day or to use as an extra double bed (when extended) for two more adults or children in the night - a dinning table with 4 chairs - a smart TV - the A/C unit - large patio doors onto the terrace with a private pool and patio furniture The ground floor bathroom is quite spacious and has a shower, too. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals, small or large! Comes with: - microwave / oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and more - Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters - Serving utensils. - Full set of knives. - Basic condiments you might need! We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, mayo, spices etc. In the bedroom upstairs there's - a queen bed with its - night tables - a smart TV - an A/C unit - a dresser and - a closet - large patio doors onto the balcony with patio furniture, shaded with a pergola The en suite bathroom has a toilet, the sink and a shower. Outdoor areas include: - the swimming pool, which is private, HEATED, quite big and specially set up for children and elderly people - a large, fenced patio for children to play - pool shower - patio furniture, 2 sun beds and a sun umbrella - the vineyard - garden with small plants and trees - private parking area for two cars Our pool is HEATED and available to our guests throughout the whole year. A specially trained crew maintains it meticulously and with regular visits they > skim off leaves , insects and debris, > brush sediment from pool walls > vacuum the pool > clean the skimmers > keep the pump running > check filter and backwash as needed > test pool water pH and add chemicals. Our thorough pool care ensures clean and safe water throughout our guests' entire stay. IMPORTANT: Our pool is heated on request. An additional fee is charged for this service and we need your confirmation on this when booking, or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.The heating system of the pool is set to keep water temperature at 24-26 C from March to June 15th and from September 1st to November 30st, since this is the time period that water of the pool is cooler. Swimming pool water temperature standards are important for health and comfort reasons. This range can prevent the growth of algae and bacteria, as well as breathing difficulties. Guest access The whole house and its surroundings are set up to welcome you, our guest. Feel free to explore and use the villa's facilities as you would in your own place. Our refreshing pool is there for your own private use.
