Southside Street Apartments consist of three newly renovated, self contained apartments complete with their own fully equipped kitchens and en-suite shower rooms. The property is nestled amoungst the cobbled streets of Plymouth’s historic Barbican which contains a variety of shops and businesses including the Barbican Theatre, art galleries and an array of eateries and bars, some of which have live bands during weekends. The space Southside Street Apartments feature three modern, self-contained apartments situated in the heart of Plymouth's historic Barbican, perfectly positioned to make the most of all that Plymouth has to offer. These properties are 'DOG-FRIENDLY' if you're looking to travel with your furry companion. Please note these properties are rigorously cleaned after each departure. There is a small charge of £15 per pet with a maximum limit of 2 dogs per apartment. If you are travelling with your little friend, please call ahead and book them in so we can have it set up ready for when you arrive. The Apartments are laid out over three floors. Each property boasts a large double bedroom with a wide-screen smart TV, free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and an en-suite shower room. The property also has a communal utility room on the second floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Barbican is the heart of the city's heritage, with some of the oldest buildings and a great number of historical stories. It is a vibrant place of cobbled streets with over 200 listed buildings, many of them Tudor and Jacobean. The Barbican offers a wide range of boutique shops, art galleries, traditional pubs, cosmopolitan bars, cafes and restaurants set amidst picturesque scenery. The Hoe has breathtaking views across Plymouth Sound, and no trip to Plymouth is complete without a visit. It is the perfect place to spend a sunny day looking out over the panoramic views, enjoying a picnic on the grass underneath Smeaton's Tower or taking a dip in the art deco Tinside Lido. Drake Circus shopping mall and the Theatre Royal are both within a 10-minute walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is located on Quay Road, which is a pedestrianised area. There is parking within a 5-minute walking distance located at Lambay Hill car park. Other things to note You will receive your check in details via SMS to the mobile number linked to your Airbnb account approximately 2:30pm on the afternoon of your arrival, ready for check in from 3:00pm . The message will provide a 4 digit code to access your key from the lockbox located at the entrance. NOTE: Please be aware we request a refundable security deposit fee of £250 for this booking. This charge will be refunded when you depart, granted no damage is done to our property.
