Welcome to our corner! The studio is located just 500m from the famous Carihuela beach! Enjoy your stay in a privileged area, well connected and with everything you need at your fingertips and in a space where everything is brand new, clean, equipped, modern, bright, fresh and welcoming. You can cool off in the pool (seasonal) and relax in the garden area or go down to the beach in a 5-10 minute walk. It is easy to park in the area (see map in gallery). The space Apartment with a maximum capacity of 2 people, consisting of: Living room with double sofa bed + two 80 cm single beds, TV, extendable dining table. American kitchen with refrigerator, washer/dryer, ceramic hob, microwave, Italian coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom with shower, equipped with bath towels, shower gel and shampoo, heater and hair dryer. It has air conditioning / thermal radiator heating / free WiFi. Terrace, with a relaxation area, with comfortable armchairs and morning sun. The studio has 36 square meters including the terrace. Guest access Community seasonal (june, july, august) water pool. Gardened area. We do not have parking but there are places to park nearby. Other things to note The pool is open in high season! Check in between 22:00 and 00:00 carries a supplement of EUR 30.
