House, optional studio, close to sea and expo park

My house is located 80 meters from the beach in a very quiet area. It is close to the airport, the TGV train station and the Montpellier Exhibition Centre. The rental is for the ground floor, its four bedrooms and four bathrooms, its terrace and the garden. The floor is private and the entrance is independent of the rental. I sometimes make short stays in complete discretion. The space The rental has a gate, an entrance, completely private outdoor and indoor areas. The entrance to the rental is located at 611 Enclos des Romarins. Only the front door of the upstairs accommodation, as well as the corridor leading to it, may be visible from certain parts of the garden of the rental, the windows and the upstairs terrace do not overlook the ground floor rental. I sometimes occupy this place with complete sound and visual discretion. The gate allowing access to the upper floor is located on Rue des Épis and is private. the house overlooks a quiet square. There are two parking spaces inside the property. an independent studio is available for rent as an option. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, there are two toilets. Carnon is a very quiet, yet very lively family resort. Shows are held regularly at the port in season. The market gardeners offer their products at the market three times a week in season (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), the trawlers sell the fish they catch every morning. the port is very lively and has restaurants and ice cream shops. Guest access A9 exit 29, head towards Fréjorgue, the beaches towards Carnon Est, La Grande Motte. Leave the 4-lane highway at exit 11 and follow the beaches (do not take the center). You are on a one-way road, the first right (there is a stop sign) takes you to the front of Rue des Epis. Pass in front of the house (145 Rue des Épis) and take the first left on the Enclos des Romarins, the entrance to the rental is at the back of the house, it's the large gray gate on the left. The rental address is 611 Enclos des Romarins. Other things to note Towels should not be brought to the beach, beach towels are available to you. Two large bins allow you to collect household waste and recyclables. Glass must be stored separately, dedicated containers are located at the end of Rue des Épis on Avenue Grassion Cibrand. The house is in a quiet and residential area, IT IS NECESSARY TO RESPECT THE TRANQUILITY AND POLITENESS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES THAT ARE NOT WANTED BY THE NEIGHBORS.
