The modern residence off 200 m2 is nicely located in a beautiful hill with unlimited view and as a part of a 5.000 m2 property, it lies between olive and pine trees. Proximity to the beach is one of its chief assets. Its distance from the most virgin and white sand beach , one of the most wonderful beaches of Chalkidiki, is just 250 m away (3 min on foot). Amazing 360° view of the sea and the mountain is offered . The residence consists of 2 floors. The ground level includes a spacious living room, a capacious dining room, separated kitchen and a bathroom . In the second floor , there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with air- conditioning and window screens to every French door and window . What is more , there is a balkony in each bedroom . A solar boiler provides the residence with hot water 24 hours a day. Wifi is also available inside as well out of the house. Outdoors there is dining area , a lounging area and a barbeque. There is free space for parking of large capacity as well as a sheltered parking . The whole property is fenced and there is a remote control gate . In general , this is a fully equipped house featuring everything needed for carefree and safe holidays . Guest access Nearby there are free beaches as well as organized ones and beach bars. What is more there will be permanently in the beach a free private umbrella , sunbeds and beach chairs provided to our guests during their stay . The possibility of doing sports activities such as tennis ( 15 € charge ) and water sports or games is offered in a short distance . Within a few minutes with the car , in the village Possidi there are lots of restaurants , bars , coffe bars and markets . The amazing beach of Akrotiri with the endless shore and the lighthouse of Kassandra , is at a 3 min distance with the car . You can also visit nearby traditional villages such as Athitos or cosmopolitan areas such as Sani and certainly several scenic beaches scattered around in the peninsula of Kassandra . Other things to note There are tow sides of the sea. East and west of the Cape. So always and with every direction of the wind there will be a calm sea suitable for swimming.
