Good for solo business travellers wanting space and atmosphere, a cosy getaway for couples or family travellers wanting an authentic rustic experience. Comfortably sleeps 2 couples in the bedrooms, the two lounge areas can also accommodate 4 more guests with pull-out sofa beds. Pets are welcome for an additional fee with prior arrangement. The space The Little Mill is a former threshing mill which has been converted into a beautiful open plan living space. There is a loft bedroom upstairs with an open plan living area lined with books, artwork and antiques, and toilet in the middle floor (entry level) Downstairs has another lounge area with a wood stove, open plan kitchen and dining, bathroom with a shower and toilet and a private double bedroom. Comfortably sleeping two couples in the bedrooms, the two lounge areas can also accomodate four more guests with a pull-out sofa bed (double in the downstairs lounge), a single pull out sofa chair, a single day bed in the middle lounge library area. There is also a cot that can be set up on request as well as a single fold out mattress in storage. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. There are beaches just minutes walk away with caves, rock arches and fascinating geological formations. The stunning scenery has even captivated Hollywood film stars, with Mel Gibson's Hamlet being filmed in the adjoining fields. There is a wood fire hot tub for a charge of £30 to cover the cost of wood, water and cleaning. As it takes time to set up and heat the water please let your hosts know in advance if you wish to use it. We also asks that guests don't operate the hot tub themselves as it is an expensive piece of equipment that has to be set up in a certain way otherwise it becomes damaged. Guests are also asked not to wear Gel nails and artificial tan in the hot tub. Guest access Guests can enjoy the whole building to themselves and have the run of the countryside around the property. Beautiful coastal walks across about 80 acres of fields and shore. Other things to note Additional Guests: if there are additional guests over and above the original booking there is a charge of twenty five pounds per person per night. Breakfast: on arrival we provide bread, milk, tea, coffee and a variety of cereals to which guests can help themselves. Guests with dogs: a charge of £5 per dog/per night to help cover the cost for a deep clean after staying. This can be paid in person during your stay.
