We welcome you with joy to our vacation home located in the beautiful little village of Brignogan on the Côte des Légendes. It will be the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. Everything is in the immediate vicinity for walking: beach, shops, summer market, invigorating walks on foot or by bike. Located 40 minutes from Brest and Océanopolis, 45 minutes from Roscoff and the Île de Batz, 45 minutes from the Abers, it will also be the starting point for superb excursions! The space 120 m2 house equipped with 5 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. 4 upstairs: - 1 double bed of 160 cm - 3 single beds - 1 bunk bed with 140 cm bed at the bottom - 1 single bed 1 shower room on the ground floor and 1 bathroom upstairs. Kitchen is new and well equipped. Food processor available (Monsieur Cuisine Plus), SENSEO coffee maker and classic coffee maker. Note: for meals, there is only one large table in the kitchen (ideal for up to 8 adults) and one table in the garden for sunny days. As our house is a vacation home, we have chosen not to clutter our living room with a large table. Wi-Fi with 4G key. Fireplace A garden will also allow you to enjoy outdoor lunches or relax on the deckchairs. A trampoline and swings are available for children. The house is equipped for babies: baby bed, highchair, bathtub, safety gate on the stairs. Linens/duvet covers and towels are not provided. But sheets can be rented (to be specified when making contact) Please note: as of October 1, we will charge a maximum of €10/day for electricity. Exceeding this package will be charged at the end of the stay based on the linky meter reading. Numerous board games and books for beautiful moments of sharing with family. Children's bikes (4), adult bikes (4) and baby seat available. Well-behaved pets accepted with an extra cleaning fee of €20/week.
