The house has air conditioning, heat pumps, wifi, washing machine, automatic heating, CO2 sensors, fire extinguishers I'm available for any advice and guidance 24/7 Free street parking The space The apartment is in an 18th-century period building and is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, a short walk from the most important monuments of the city; it is located near the historic market of Ballarò at the Palazzo Sant'Elia and within the Arab-Norman UNESCO heritage route, a 7-minute walk from the Quattro Canti, the heart of the historic center. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house. Free parking is available on the street. I am available for any need 24 hours a day. Other things to note The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone), therefore with restrictions on the circulation of cars, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. but with the possibility of purchasing a ticket for free access from 3 to 5 euros on request provided by me. On Saturday mornings and afternoons and on Sundays, access to cars is free. Parking is available. The apartment is located near the station, so it is close to all metro buses and means of transport to visit the city or move to nearby locations for a day trip, such as Cefalù or Agrigento to visit the valley of the temples.
