Beautiful 3-story triplex loft, air-conditioned and 75 m², located in a detached maisonette, in the ZEYSSOLFF wine courtyard. Level 0: small living room with TV, kitchenette and toilet. First floor: bedroom opening onto a mezzanine invites you to daydream, composed of a round bed 2 m in diameter and a bathroom with jet shower + toilet. Second floor, under a magnificent exposed frame, a second bedroom is composed of 2 single beds. PRIVATE TERRACE OF 10 m². The space La Maisonette is a gite with air conditioning of 75m² for 4 people located in an independent cottage, in the ZEYSSOLFF wine yard. It has individual electric heating. Its exposed whitened beams paired with pearl gray tones make this apartment an authentic and modern gite. On the ground floor, a living room with TV, sofa and armchair invite you to relax; toilet.  A fully equipped kitchen area is available for your use. On the first floor, a bedroom opening onto a mezzanine invites you to daydream: it features a 2-metre-diameter round bed and a flat-screen TV area, as well as a large bathroom with a jet shower, double sink and toilet. On the second floor, beneath a magnificent exposed timber frame, there is a second bedroom with 2 single beds. 10m² PRIVATE TERRACE. Please note: This cottage is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or for young children due to the stairs… Please note: This cottage has semi-open spaces on the upper floor. This space showcases objects from the past through contemporary decor, where scenography, tasting, a boutique and a food bar come together.
