The space The barn has a 40" TV, DVD & Wii in the lounge also benefitting from free wireless broadband so you can still say in touch. Steps lead from the lounge to a spacious dining room with vaulted ceiling and table seating 10. There is a large kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge/freezer and Tassimo coffee maker. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - a double bedded room with en-suite shower room/WC with door leading out to a private patio area and TV, and a twin bedded room. Downstairs cloakroom/WC. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with twin beds, en-suite shower room/WC, smart TV and the Master with king sized bed, en-suite shower room/WC and a small double sofa bed, smart TV, both enjoying views over the countryside. Family bathroom/WC. This barn benefits from gas central heating throughout and log burner so perfect for cosy warm breaks in the winter. Outside the property is a patio area with a table & chairs seating 8 people, along with a chimenea, a barbeque and patio heater for those long summer evenings! Shared access to the swimming pool and games room throughout the year 9am -8pm (shared with only 8 other barns). We do not supply pool towels, so please do bring your own. We do welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. Please note that the area around Wagtail barn is not enclosed and dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the site. There are ample grassy areas around the car park where dogs can be exercised. For your convenience we supply two large and one small dog feeding bowls at the property. Guest access Wagtail Barn is located at Newhouse Barton Cottages, a small family friendly site just outside the village of Ipplepen. There is a large shared parking area with two electric car charging points, indoor heated swimming pool, games room and outside play area. Other things to note Whilst we supply towels for the use within Wagtail barn, we do not supply pool towels so please do bring your own for use in the pool.
