From here, patio doors open to a covered terrace and the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary comforts for a holiday where homemade cooking can be enjoyed, and also includes a practical utility room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The villa has 4 cosy bedrooms, all with air conditioning and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. Additionally, there are two additional bathrooms: one near the kitchen and another in the corridor connecting the bedrooms. The gardens of Villa Tatoli are a true oasis, with extensive lawn areas, palm trees, and a traditional Mallorcan stone barbecue with a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals. The generous L-shaped pool, with Roman steps, is surrounded by lawn and offers ample space for sunbathing on the loungers arranged around it. Important information to keep in mind: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
