The 82 sqm apartment is located in a quiet side street and yet right in the middle of lively Akazienkiez. Countless playgrounds, nice restaurants, bars, fashion shops, galleries, organic shops, toy stores, bookstores, bookstores and bakeries can all be found right in the neighborhood. Every Saturday there is a market at the Winterfeldtmarkt. Just around the corner you can rent a bicycle. The nearest metro station, S-Bahn and buses are all directly accessible by foot in 5 minutes. The space The apartment has a spacious living room with cooking island, a cozy sofa and direct access to the small green front yard, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning or a last wine in the evening. The bathroom with underfloor heating is accessible from both bedrooms. All spaces have the typical old belly arms with high stucco ceilings and old wooden boards. Walls and floors are painted with natural colors or oils, the laundry and the entire apartment are cleaned and smelled and may therefore shine so well. I move into electricity and gas from a green electricity provider. The furniture is unique - my special mix of styles: puristic and clear, but with love for historical finds. There is no TV, but there is an iSong Book with radio and my personal music collection, Wi-Fi/wifi, children's books and games as well as plenty of good energy. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is therefore ideally suited for families whose children want to quickly get around the corner of the playground, as well as for guests who want to be afraid of the stairs or are right in the city. The apartment is located in a typical Berlin apartment building, but with its own entrance. So you have many likeable neighbors who you can certainly ask for sugar or milk – mutual help, but also consideration is for neighborhood itself. Parties and smoking are generally not allowed in the apartment... but feel very much at home. Guest access For longer stays (from 1 week) a washing machine is available. Other things to note Due to the coronavirus, I introduced a 24-hour cleaning time between reservations. In time, the entire apartment is well ventilated and all frequently used surfaces carefully disinfected ... of course with an organic disinfectant ;-)... as it is my kind anyway.
