Charming flat with amazing sea line view

Modern studio, situated on the 11th floor, with incredible sea views and excellent sun exposure. Located a 20-minute walk from the sea, it is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend a weekend, a vacation or perhaps just relax for a few days. On the 13th floor of the building there is also a swimming pool with panoramic views over the city. Accommodates 4 people. There is a double bed and 2 sofa beds. Public transport 50 meters away and a mini-market in the building next door. The space The space is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and TV (Netflix available). It has a toilet with shower, bath towels, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen is available with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven/microwave (together), electric hob, toaster, kettle and fridge. The living room has a sofa bed and closet.There is also an indoor dining table. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed that can sleep a child or an adult. The generous 12m2 balcony has a dining table and a hammock to relax with an incredible view over the Cascais line and surroundings. Guest access It has free parking in front of the building and bus available 50 meters away. The beach is 15 minutes of walking distance. Cascais offers bicycles to rent. Access to the apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests who rented it. The guest will be given all directions to check-in. Other things to note The quiet time is between 8pm/8am and must be respected. After that time, if the guests make noise, the neighbors can call the police and a fine will be charged. Smoking is not allowed in the building or in the apartment. No throwing objects or food over the balcony. Baby cot and highchair can be provided for an additional €30 (value for the total duration of the stay). We provide a key which will have to be returned at check-out. If it is lost or destroyed, an extra fee of €10 will be charged. The pool can only be used by people who are staying in the apartment, no more people allowed to enter.
