The space This apartment features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely small terrace overlooking Via Giambattista Vico, the street leading to Piazza del Popolo. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people (10 adults and 2 infants), featuring 2 triple bedrooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), 2 double bedrooms (each with a double bed), and 2 cribs. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; the other three have bathrooms outside the bedrooms but for exclusive use. In the living room, there is a large, comfortable sofa bed with an ottoman and other comfortable seating. All bedrooms and the living room feature fiber-optic Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and cable TV for watching sports, movies, TV series, and documentaries. In the living room, to the delight of both adults and children, there is a PlayStation 4, as well as various board games. The apartment is not only beautiful and comfortable but is also an “eco-sustainable” home; it has an ecological spirit—it’s green! We support local economies by purchasing goods and services exclusively from regional producers, which helps reduce transportation costs as well as CO2 emissions by 1 kg per guest—the equivalent of planting 35 trees! The rooms feature only wood, iron, reclaimed materials, and items that are recyclable; in the kitchen, food is not packaged in single-use plastics but is served exclusively in paper, glass, and other recyclable containers; similarly, in the bathrooms, there are no soaps, shampoos, body washes, or body lotions packaged in single-use sachets, but only products dispensed from dispensers. We have also banned all chemical detergents and cleaners, opting instead for eco-friendly and biodegradable products; the toiletries provided for guests in the rooms and bathrooms are exclusively natural and highly eco-friendly. All of this results in a significant reduction in CO2 emissions and unnecessary waste production. We practice separate waste collection and encourage guests to dispose of their waste responsibly. We prioritize sustainable mobility and recommend that our guests use bicycles, the subway, and car-sharing as their primary means of transportation. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and will not have to share it with anyone else. Other things to note Check-in Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. From 8:05 PM to 10:00 PM, we charge an additional fee of 100.00 euros. From 10:05 PM to 12:00 AM, we charge an additional fee of 150.00 euros. After 12:00 AM, access to the house is only possible via self-check-in. In any case, at any time, you can always use self-check-in, saving you the late check-in fee. Our Dinner (minimum 8 people) We can cook excellent lunches and dinners for you, featuring traditional Italian and Roman cuisine. Additional Information You don’t need to bring anything with you because we have everything you might need, such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion (all strictly biodegradable), toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving cream and razor, makeup kit and sewing kit, slippers, and towels for the shower, face, and bidet.
