The penthouse is approximately 122 m2, has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private terrace of approximately 60 m2. From the apartment it is 8 minutes by car to the beach, 5 minutes to the center of Lerici and 10 minutes to the first best supermarket. The location offers many exit options. The Cinque Terre is nearby and is easily accessible by boat (from Lerici), but also by train and car. Places in both Tuscany and Liguria are very easy to reach. Think of Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rappallo in Liguria and also Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio in Tuscany. Distances to the airports: Pisa 40 minutes, Milan 2 hours, Bologna and Florence airport 1.5 hours. In short, a very luxurious penthouse in a great area with something for everyone. Guest access You have a private entrances and free parking for 2 cars, access to the communal garden with BBQ place, swimming pool and fruit trees.
