The space The villa contains 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, plus 2 triple bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathroom. The apartment (private for you) is located just below the pool, so 50 meters from the villa. The apartment includes a ping-pong table and dart game in the living area. The apartment also contains 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room with toilet, sink and bidet, living room, dining room, kitchen, air conditioning, independent terrace. From 11 guests you will have access to the 2 double bedrooms in the apartment. With the whole apartment, 16 people can sleep (including 14 in separate bedrooms plus 2 on a sofa bed in the TV room). Up to 10 guests will have access to the apartment's living area/game room but not to the bedrooms. You will always have exclusive access to the pool and property. The apartment will never be rented to another group, even if you don't take it. The pool is heated by solar thermal panels, so the water temperature depends on the weather. In winter the water won't be very hot. Private parking for 6 cars. Beach, restaurants and bars 2 km away. Guest access Up to 10 people you will have access to everything except the 2 bedrooms of the apartment. From 11 people you will also have access to the bedrooms of the apartment. Swimming pool, deckchairs, hammocks, terrace with sunshade on the pool side, BBQ, toilet with direct access from the outside. Table tennis, darts.
