There is plenty of space to spread out downstairs with a large kitchen diner, a TV with Netflix, PS3 games station with some family friendly games, a comfortable lounge with log burner for winter, the Hot Tub & Sauna room, suntrap garden with BBQ and outdoor seating & dining areas, in the kitchen are two dishwashers, a massive glass front drinks fridge, a further fridge freezer, professional double range cooker, a washing machine is outside near the sauna, so pretty much everything you could need for a weekend or week away. You can't beat waking up and looking out to sea from your bed, and if its warm enough, hearing the sea as you drift off to sleep. We are right there, opposite Mundesley Blue Flag beach (Airbnb thinks we are opposite Cromer Beach, but we aren't, Cromer is a 15 minute drive away!). Our family groups love this house: parents are able to go back and forth to the beach when the kids get cold and/or want a drink, they just nip back up the slope to the house. So convenient! The Ship Inn, a lovely country style pub/restaurant with kids play area is also right there just near the house for drinks lunches or dinners in their seaside dining & beer garden. Our weekends usually start from 4pm on Friday and you can stay till 6pm on Sunday evening as standard, we don't charge extra for the late check out, which means you have the benefit of the whole of Sunday as standard. But you can pay a bit extra to stay over on Sunday night too if you'd like. On a very regular basis we have a personal chef cooking a celebratory meal, and they bring a waitress to set the table, serve and wash up too, or a cocktail making workshop, beauticians, craft workshops! Of course we do week-long or fortnightly holidays too, or short breaks of any length, as long as it's a minimum of 2 nights. House rules: Maximum number of guests at the house is 16, and the house cannot be used as a base for any kind of party with extra day guests, due to insurance and Fire Risk Assessments. We don't take pets due to allergies. *Ask us about mid week discounts for smaller groups - we can do discounted rates for a maximum of 8 people from Monday to Thursday, 2 nights minimum* Guest access You hire the whole house, garden, private access to the hot tub and sauna room. We have parking for 4 cars opposite the house in a cordoned off area of The Ship's carpark. Other cars can park free from October to June on Beach Road, or in the Pay & Dispaly carpark two minutes away. Other things to note We adhere to the very strict HSG282 rules regarding hot tubs in holiday lets. The hot tub water is changed for each and every booking. The hot tub is fully sanitized after each booking ready for the next set of guests. Chemicals & PH balance are checked daily, as required by law, we will notify in advance of when the tub will be checked with an agreed time to suit you. Monthly and quarterly water testing is carried out by a Pathology lab.
