Accommodation in a Cottage with windows and direct access to the lake: you will find yourself, as if by magic, immersed in greenery on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The space The large terrace, where you can lie down and sunbathe, is at your exclusive disposal and will allow you to go down directly into the water. The cottage is equipped with beach towels and sun loungers. The interior is a large 45 sqm studio apartment with electric shutters, accommodating 2 guests. The sleeping area is furnished with a king-size double bed while the living area has a sofa, table with 4 chairs and LCD TV. The windowed bathroom, completely renovated in 2016, has a large shower stall, toilet, sink and high-efficiency electric water heater and is equipped with towels, hairdryer and courtesy kit. The kitchen is a separate room and is equipped with a large-capacity refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, microwave with grill, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need for 6 people. Outside the kitchen is a space equipped with a table and umbrella for outdoor breakfast/lunch/dinner. Outside the sleeping area, on the terrace overlooking the lake, there is a small table with two armchairs for your moments of relaxation. Two bicycles are at your disposal to visit Mandello del Lario and its surroundings. Fires or barbecues are not permitted due to fire hazards. Upon your arrival, we will have to ask you for the documents of both guests to register your data at the Lecco Police Headquarters as required by Lombardy Regional Law. Access to the Cottage is via a pedestrian-only road (about 200 meters) at the beginning of which there is ample free parking.
