With an elevated aspect in a peaceful location, this really is the ideal place to escape and get away from it all. Sliding doors open up off the lounge to a large deck giving you that indoor/outdoor living to overlook the beautiful blue waters of the Coromandel Harbour, Islands and the Bay below - which is only a 2 minute walk from your door - This has a raised sandy area ideal for the young ones, complete with home-made rope swings. Master bedroom upstairs is complimented with en-suite. The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor have a roomy bathroom with separate toilet. This independent setup downstairs is perfect for privacy amongst guests. There is an extra set of bunk beds in the spacious laundry area, (they are not dedicated to a private bedroom). There is unlimited internet and a 4 Burner BBQ on the side deck is available for your use. Undercover parking is available for your car or boat. There is a UV water filtration system for your enjoyment of pure, clean safe water. For the fishing enthusiast there is a fish filleting table and bait/fish freezer. The all tide boat ramp is just 800 meters down the road, this launching point is very close to the ever popular Mussel Farm areas. Safe swimming Heards Bay Beach is also just around the corner! Winter travellers will enjoy the downstairs wood burner that heats the entire house from the flue that runs right up through the upstairs level. For the birdwatching followers, you will enjoy the abundance of bird life in the area. We are on tank water only. Please conserve water for following guests. No washing of cars or boats is permitted however we do appreciate you may wish to flush through your outboard motor. This property is on septic tank. Only toilet paper to be flushed, no sanitary items or baby wipes. Other things to note **** Please note there are internal and external stairs that do not have gates/baby gates on them for the young ones. There are also areas on the back deck/walkway areas where children can climb through the railings if not supervised.
