The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodating up to 4 guests, with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a balcony overlooking the urban area. First come, first served. • Opening hours: 08:00 - 20:00 Parking - Private outdoor parking for one car per apartment Property Rules • No smoking • No parties or events • Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed. • No pets allowed on the property • Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am • Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 4 guests (children included) • It is not allowed to leave garbage or dishes unwashed on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged • If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund Tourist Tax Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.
