The space Apartment 5 The newly furnished, approx. 94 m² 4-room apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Annika. It is quietly located, has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces - a west terrace and an east terrace, each about 16 m². The terraces are accessible from the kitchen and living area and offer a sheltered stay with garden furniture and a parasol. From the entrance area, you can access the modern and friendly living and dining area, which is equipped with a 42" flat-screen TV, a Blue Ray player, a DVD player and a stereo with a CD player. A USB and iPod connection is also available! The kitchen, which is harmoniously integrated into the living area, is equipped with a stove (oven, grill), microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a fridge with 4* freezer compartment, as well as various small items that complete the kitchen equipment. In two bedrooms you will find a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) for a restful sleep, a safe, a wardrobe for your vacation wardrobe as well as another 32" flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a bed, which also has a pull-out bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. A crib is available on request. The two bathrooms each have a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available free of charge in the utility room! The apartment is fully equipped for up to 6 people and has underfloor heating. There is a parking space for your car in the in-house underground car park. You can park your bikes in the underground car park. The built-in villa Annika is very centrally located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. It is only a few meters to Wilhelmstrasse and only a few minutes to the fine sandy beach and the famous Sellin pier. A supermarket is also a few minutes' walk away. For your car, there is a parking space in the in-house underground garage. You can park your bikes in the underground car park.
