Our family home in Portofino is a cherished legacy from my great-grandparents, built in the early 1900s. The entire first floor is available, allowing guests to experience the unique magic of this place . It’s more than just a house—it’s a piece of our family’s story, lovingly preserved and shared. Gorgeous Villa , overlooking the only beach of Portofino, the unique Paraggi Beach. Surrounded by a beautiful park, short walk to the beach and to Portofino. We'r glad to share our pool with you. The space This is an old historic estate located on the ground floor of the Villa, There is a main living room with antique tile inlays, opening to a gorgeous terrace surrounded by bougainvilleas and olive trees, with a spectacular ocean view, and an outside covered dining room. All bedrooms have A/C On the right wing of the house we have: -1 King Bedroom with stunning views. -1 Twin bedroom with 2 single beds. -1 Bathroom On the left wing of the house we have: -1 Queen bedroom -1 large bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed -1 Bathroom -1 Single Bedroom suite with private bathroom. Villa Ucelli di Nemi is a 4 story mansion. Our family is delighted to share with you the main noble floor and the pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after returning from the beach, warmed during the spring and autumn for your comfort. The 3 minutes path to the beach has several steps. People with disabilities are recommended to use the road. The public road leading to Portofino is renowned for its winding and narrow path perched above the sea. Similarly, the private paved road ascending through the villa’s park shares these characteristics. We recommend using compact cars for easier access. There is outdoor parking for 2 cars. Guest access The Villa has a gorgeous path surrounded by exotic vegetation, orange trees and flowers that leads to the beach. Also a Pool Shared with our family. Cova's bar, at the beach, has the best and affordable breakfast. ** The pool is available starting at April 15th until october 15th Other things to note In the summer months, if the road to Paraggi is blocked by traffic officers, due to lack of public parking, please wave and notice you are staying at Villa Ucelli - Paraggi and they will let you pass! Helpful Resources: For a shuttle from the airport you can contact the property manager Niko. He also can arrange a Chef to come cook for you beautiful dinners at the house. For a longer trip rent a boat to Cinque Terre... splendid sea trip, beautiful villages and top restaurants. Climbing from the top of our park by Alle Gave Stairway you will reach Nozarego where you will find the ancient little church and the famous Restaurant "Da O Batti" .
