Located in the heart of Zaragoza, on a quiet street a few meters from Plaza del Pilar, and the park on the banks of the Ebro, this spacious and bright apartment has three double bedrooms where 6 people can comfortably stay. It also has a large kitchen-dining room, two full bathrooms and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and small appliances. The house has gas heating and an air conditioner in the living room, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and portable fans for each room. Nearby you can find many shops, restaurants, supermarkets (Mercadona and Eroski) and a traditional market. Although it DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, it is on the second floor with very few stairs that are climbed comfortably. WE DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING. Parking is allowed for free on the street and in the surrounding area, although it is difficult to find a place as it is a downtown area. There is a public parking lot 5 minutes away in Plaza del Pilar and its rates are €19.50 per night, although they have special discounts for stays of 3 nights or more. Out of respect for other travelers, NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Linens and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. PETS ARE ALLOWED after consultation, as long as they do not cause any damage or disturb the neighbors. HEATING and hot water are gas-powered. During the winter, A CONSUMPTION of 3 cubic meters per day is INCLUDED (enough for normal use). Extra consumption costs 0.90 cents per cubic meter and must be paid upon departure. Guest access We don't charge for housekeeping because we expect guests to leave the house as they found it. Otherwise, the corresponding amount will be claimed. Other things to note -Smoking is not permitted in the house. Please comply with this rule out of respect for other guests. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the non-return of the security deposit. -This is a neighborhood building, so please respect the community's rest schedules and parties are not allowed.
