Chalet in Niedernsill near Ski Slopes The space This beautiful chalet is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg in Salzburgerland in the cozy village of Niedernsill. The chalet is a semi-detached house, with the right half all to yourself. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday both in summer and in winter. There are many possibilities for e.g. B mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can drive to the slopes of Kitzbühel and Zell am See in just a few minutes. On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. As an extra there is a basement with ski storage room and after a wonderful day in the snow, a great hike or a mountain bike tour you can relax in your own wellness area with sauna. If you rent a cot and high chair for the baby, linen is also supplied. Both bed linen and towels.
