This delightful garden room studio is a comfortable open plan living accommodation. Self-contained with its own entrance. Fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hale village and the countryside are close. The double bed is super comfy with duck & down pillows. There is a small private patio for summer evenings. Fast WI-FI is free to use. NO cleaning fees The airport & motorway connections are close Please note that the internal ceiling space is 6’3’’ The space This private studio is located in a quiet area of the desirable affluent Hale, only a stone’s throw away from the village, with its stylish lively bars and elegant restaurants or the beautiful countryside with its many quaint pubs and lovely walks. • Free wireless fast broadband • Ample free road parking - preferably directly outside the main house. • A fully fitted kitchen including supplies of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Oil & jams • No milk provided as too many types • Washing up liquid, Kitchen roll • Fresh bed linen • Fresh towels • Soap, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner • Flat screen TV (Not a smart) • Hair-dryer •. Iron & ironing board • A Freezer is provided but has to be switched on if you wish to use. • Washing machine is available but THERE IS A CHARGE OF £5 TO USE which includes the soap powder. • Various books including cook books & pens and a pad • Hot water bottle • Umbrella x 2 As it is accessed down York-stone steps, unfortunately this makes it unsuitable for the disabled. Ceiling height is only 6’3” - beware. We hope that you will leave the studio how you found it. As no cleaning fee is charged, however, we can charge you £25 from your deposit if it is left in a bad state. A travel cot for your little one is available if prior notice is given. Hire of the cot is £12 per stay, which includes thick mattress, bedding and towel. STRICTLY No smoking inside but I don't mind you smoking outside on the terrace or in the garden if you use the ashtrays provided and not the flower beds. Guest access Aspect is through the huge glass doors, over a lovely, large well stocked sunny garden, which is not overlooked and you may use, along with the casual seating dotted around. The garden gets the wonderful afternoon sunshine, as well as filling the house with sunbeams on those balmy British afternoons. There is a trampoline which you are free to use if you feel energetic. Unfortunately the brick fireplace does not work, but plenty of fairy lights or candles brighten it up. Other things to note Certain times if the year there is a minimum nights stay, however, please contact me, as I may be able to accommodate a one night stay, subject to availability. If an early check in or a late check out is required, we will try and accommodate you. Plenty of places to leave your car on the safe leafy road, but please try and park directly outside the main house. There is a special price for people taking my place for a longer stay, contact me for further details.
