A wooden country house with a private pool, beautiful ocean and mountain views. A place to enjoy as a family or with friends. The house is located in Almayate -bajo, a very quiet area without neighbors, with total privacy for guests. The house has a swimming pool outside that measures 3.80m. wide and 7.30m. long, where you can take dips in complete privacy. There is a 2X10m. plot overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains. The space The porch has outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets. The area around the pool has sun loungers and umbrella, towels are provided for use. There is an outdoor shower and unbeatable views. There is a large, fully-equipped barbecue area with an impressive wooden table. You can enjoy the outdoors any time of the year, due to the fantastic climate we have in Malaga's Axarquía. The interior consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, it has everything you may need for your vacation days. A living room with a comfortable sofa and two windows to enjoy the views also inside. In the living room there is an apparatus tipovsplit of air conditioning cold/heat that distributes throughout the house. It's the only air conditioning and type of heating in the entire house. The bathroom has a large bathtub with two showers, and towels for guests. The master bedroom has a bed of 1.50X 1.90 very comfortable, a large closet. Baby crib on request and additional charge of €30 per stay to be paid upon arrival. In the second bedroom there are two 90X1.90 beds and a wardrobe, this bedroom overlooks the sea. The bedding provided to guests is 100% cotton. The house has a very good location, 5 km from the A-7 highway, which you can access via the N-340, 1.5 km from the accommodation. The lane that leads to the house is all paved except for about 5 meters, but in very good condition for your vehicle. It is highly recommended to bring a car. 1.5 km away is Almayate beach, the closest to the house, 3 km away is the town of Almayate, where there are all kinds of shops for your needs, 5 km away is the tourist Torre del Mar with many restaurants, beach bars, leisure areas and the "El Ingenio" shopping center, 8.9 km away is the port of La Caleta where you can rent a boat to tour the Costa del Sol, 45 km away is Malaga airport, 30 km away is the center of Malaga, 30 km away in the other direction is Nerja and other white villages such as Frigiliana, Torrox, Competa, etc. typically Andalusian villages that are worth visiting and that will not leave you indifferent, 1.5 hours from the Alhambra in Granada and about 2 hours from other provinces of Andalusia such as Cordoba or Seville. The house has a stand-alone air conditioner/heater, a 32" TV, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi (rural internet, it usually works well but sometimes it fails and doesn't have much speed), a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, a microwave, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric coffee maker, an electric juicer, a blender, a toaster, a kettle, an iron and ironing board, bed linens, pool towels, bath towels, and all kitchen utensils. The accommodation is within a fenced and private estate with a single access door. The farm is planted with mangoes and other different fruit trees. Guests during their stay can walk along the farm's lane, but they cannot enter it and they cannot pick fruit from the trees except lemons from a lemon tree in the sun lounger area. Next to the house there is a large reddish room, dedicated to storing cleaning and maintenance utensils, this room is not included in the rental. If you need or request a crib, there will be a surcharge of €30 per stay, which will be paid upon arrival. Other things to note The WiFi available in the accommodation is somewhat slow and some days it doesn't work very well. It is not recommended for remote work.
