All windows in the house are equipped with fly screens and locking windows. The laundry and both bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors. All bedrooms have new low pile beige carpet fitted. This beautiful home has been rebuilt and renovated with all new fixtures throughout. There are 3 parking bays on a now gravel and bitumen parking area. This home is wonderfully spacious. The upper level and lower level consist of 89 square meters - in total 178 square meters. A large wood heater with flue through the second floor ensures that this home is always toasty and warm.
