The view of this duplex apartment on two levels on the upper and top floor of the harbor house on the quay in the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz with 93 square meters of living space is really indescribable! Through the large windows, a lot of light enters the apartment, so that it always looks bright and inviting - and you almost feel more like on the "command bridge" of a (cruise) ship than in a vacation apartment! The center of life of this loft-like holiday home is the entrance level on the 1st floor, where the rooms almost flow into each other. The spacious and inviting living room has an indescribable view of the Schlei and is the ideal meeting place for the whole family, even in cooler seasons, when the built-in fireplace crackles. The adjoining dining area with open kitchen leads to the large south-facing terrace and a 180-degree panoramic view over the entire harbor. This floor is rounded off with a guest toilet and shower. A comfortable staircase leads from the living area to the attic to the two bedrooms and the spacious wellness bathroom with shower, large bathtub with whirlpool functions and an infrared sauna. The master bedroom overlooking the marina also has a TV. Here you have an incomparable view of the harbor and Schlei everywhere. You can have more water views than anywhere else in this extraordinary vacation property: to the north from the living room and bedroom on Schlei and the passing sailing ships, the Baltic Sea and the lighthouse of Schleimünde, and to the south from the dining area and large panoramic terrace on the entire port area of Port Olpenitz! Electricity and water costs are not included in the travel price and will be billed separately according to consumption. Bed linen and towels can be booked in the form of laundry packages (approx. €24 per person) directly from the Seeblick Ferien oro agency. Your beds would then already be made upon arrival! A security deposit of €300 is payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded immediately upon check-out after deduction of consumption costs. This is already taken into account in the price calculation and does not constitute a defect. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed in the living area. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The main bathroom is on the first floor, with a large bathtub incl. hot tub functions, sink, toilet and sauna. The small dreamy village of Olpenitz very close by (3 km away) with its beautiful (thatched) houses offers restaurants and shopping as well as the famous fishing village of Kappeln an der Schlei with a small harbor about 7 km away. Kappeln was also known as "Deekelsen" from the popular television series "Der Landarzt". A trip to Bad Arnis, Germany's smallest town, or to Eckernförde for the eel regatta or the pirate spectacle in August, or to Sieseby, the beautiful timber-framed village directly on the Schlei. Or, or, or. There is hardly a second such location in Germany on the entire Baltic Sea coast! If you love a quiet holiday close to nature, you should certainly be able to spend "your most beautiful time of the year" here, even if the environment and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is currently still undergoing constant change with construction.
