Hiking trails start directly from the gîte 🌿 The space Authentic 100 m² stone farmhouse attached to the 12th-century church, accommodating up to 6 guests 🌿✨ Built into the rock and suspended above the Mediterranean scrubland, it offers exceptional panoramic views from its terrace, at swallow-flight height. A second, more intimate terrace overlooks the quiet church square with complete privacy. The spacious 60 m² living area combines authentic charm with modern comfort: exposed stone walls, fully equipped kitchen, dining area by the fireplace and lounge facing a huge bay window opening onto the landscapes of the Fenouillèdes. The gîte features 3 independent bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a double alcove bed and one with modular twin beds. Quality bedding. Functional bathroom and fully independent accommodation. Amenities include WIFI, heating, air conditioning, barbecue, baby equipment, pets welcome 🐾 and a secure bike garage. Small free parking area about 50 metres away. The village is extremely peaceful (only 50 inhabitants) and has no through traffic, allowing you to move around safely and quietly 🌿 Just 50 metres from the gîte, you step directly into nature: Mediterranean scrubland, vineyards, hiking trails, dolmens, an ancient aqueduct, a panoramic viewpoint and small rivers with hidden swimming spots 💧✨ Other things to note A preserved and contrasting region between sea, mountains, wild nature and heritage 🌿✨ Less than an hour from the gîte, discover a wide variety of landscapes, activities and remarkable places: Nature & adventure: hiking, river swimming, fishing, canyoning in the Galamus Gorges, rafting in the Pierre-Lys Gorges, via ferrata, as well as two panoramic swimming pools less than 10 km away.
