House with pool and panoramic views in Ilhabela

Located on Praia de Pacuíba, about 1 km from the beach, our beautiful house is the ideal refuge for those looking for tranquility, comfort and contact with nature. Built on a high place with panoramic views of the sea, the property has an area of 370m2 with a large garden and impeccable leisure facilities. Our property accommodates 9 people in four suites, as follows: two bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, one with 1 king bed and the other with a widow's bed. All rooms have air conditioning for greater comfort and we have 300mb internet for those who need to do home office. Inside, we have a cozy living room with Smart TV, sofa, armchair and dining table. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils for the stay. The highlight of our house is on the outside, which has an incredible infrastructure and garden for leisure time. The jacuzzi overlooks the sea and has sun loungers for sunny days or starry nights. In addition, the area has a fire pit, gazebo, shower, portable barbecue, private vegetable garden and a cozy veranda with armchairs and dining table. We have a garage with space for six cars. The property is not accessible and contains stairs to reach the house. In addition, it is not ideal for children due to some high areas and no guardrails.
