NOTE: internet is subject to service availability/continuety with current provider. Guest access The house upstairs and deck area is all yours, so is the front garden and the entire carpark. We (the owners) have a storage/workshop area that is located in the lower level of this property and the door to the storage is located under the rear deck. It is completely separate to the house and has no internal doors. We occasionally need access during business hours, so we will try to notify you prior and we always park our vehicles out on the street and enter through the side gate. Other things to note This property is located in a very family orientated suburb and in respect to our neighbors excess noise, loud conversations & music is not permitted out on the deck after 10pm. This property also has a strict no party policy. We live very close by, our neighbors have our number and will call us if there is an issue. Storage space in lower level, is occasionally accessed by owners (generally only during the day) unless we have an emergency. We will try to message you and let you know we are popping down.
