Ground Floor in a Villa by the Sea with Tennis Court

Arenella Beach - In a huge Mediterranean garden with a tennis court by the sea and direct access to the beach is Villa Nilssen, divided into 2 independent floors, both with beautiful views and white porches framing the terraces. The parking lot of the property is in the back, on the mountain side, where the bocce court is also located. A ping-pong table is available on request. The two apartments can be rented either separately or together. The space Ground floor: Large apartment with a spacious living area overlooking the sea and a beautiful semi-porched terrace with dining tables and sun loungers. The 45-square-meter mountain-side porch is furnished with outdoor furniture, a table, a sitting area, and a swing. There are 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has two single beds for double use, in the second bedroom, smaller, there is a bunk bed and in the third a double bed. The main bathroom with shower serves the first two rooms while adjacent to the 3rd room there is a second bathroom without shower. A large 60s kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop with four burners and an electric oven is the second entrance to the ground floor, which is accessed from the terrace overlooking the sea. There is also a microwave oven and an outdoor BBQ in the house. A copy of the energy certificate can be provided upon request. Guest access The ground floor is accessed from the parking lot of the house and from the gate on the small road that runs alongside the house. The sea is within walking distance and can be reached from the park surrounding the villa. The beach and the rocks at Arenella are perhaps the most beautiful on the island. The house is nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is definitely the terrace, perfect for sunbathing and reading a book, or the patio behind the house. The village of Giglio Port is a few minutes drive. The owners provided us with plenty of support, thanks to the presence of the guardian in place that gave us many suggestions and, when there was a small fault, he has immediately proceeded to send someone to fix it.
