Bed & Bath The first floor is where you will find the large master bedroom with en-suite complete with power shower. Stow your holiday essentials in the large wardrobe. The master bedroom also has a flat screen so you can stay cozied up in the comfortable king size bed whilst you watch TV. The second bedroom has a Kingsize bed, a wardrobe and dressing table, and the third bedroom includes two twin single beds with seaglass-hued linens and a chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a full suite with a shower over the bath. Outdoors Just beyond the kitchen, a garden room with French doors looks out over (and opens onto) the large shingle and decked garden—a wonderful sun trap with barbecue, dining table and relaxing sofa that sets an ideal stage for warm family meals or a pint of beer after a day on the beach. To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay, here are a few house rules we kindly ask you to follow: Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by 10am. If you need a little flexibility, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. No Smoking or candles: Our place is strictly non-smoking and no candles. Please enjoy your cigarettes or vapes outside, away from open windows or doors. Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum. We want to be respectful of our neighbours and other guests. Visitors: Feel free to have visitors during your stay, but overnight guests are limited to those listed on the reservation. If you need to make changes, just let us know. Cleanliness: We ask that you take care of the space as if it were your own. Please do your dishes and tidy up after yourself. Garbage and Recycling: Please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided, and recyclables in the recycling bin. Electric Vehicle Charging: It is strictly forbidden to charge electric cars at the property. However, there is a convenient charging station available nearby at Salts Farm. Respect the Space: Please treat our home and its contents with respect. If something gets damaged, please inform us as soon as possible so we can address it. Keys: If you’ve been given keys, please don’t forget to return them at check-out. A lost key will result in a replacement fee. Have Fun!
