Fully equipped southern slope chalet in the canton of Valais with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds (!!!Maximum occupancy 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children!!!), fully equipped kitchen, tub and shower bath, living area with fireplace, laundry and drying cellar, balcony, terrace and private parking. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee of 25 euros per person per stay. Tourist tax 5.50 CHF/night for adults (2.75 CHF/night for children between 6 and 16 years). The space The chalet is located at about 1000 meters altitude in central Valais in French-speaking Switzerland on the southern slope (approx. 20 min. drive to German-speaking Switzerland). In good weather, you have all-day sun in the living room as well as on the terrace and balcony with a stunning and unique view of the highest part of the Alps. Apart from a microwave, the facilities leave nothing to be desired: Open kitchen: Large fridge with freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster and kettle. Dining and living area: Large dining table with corner bench and 3 chairs, fireplace, real wood parquet, 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and armchair each leather-covered, breathtaking views over the Rhone Valley and the opposite side of the valley. Shower room (ground floor) and bathtub (1st floor) each with sink, toilet and window. Both bathrooms were completely renovated in 2014. Small hallway with wardrobe 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (completely parquet floor) with two sleeping places each (additional baby travel cot on request): - 1 large bedroom with two single beds together (movable), large wardrobe with mirror doors and balcony door to the south balcony - 1 bedroom with French bed (160 cm wide), small wardrobe and large under-bed drawer) - 2 bedrooms (1 room on the hillside with space for the baby travel cot, 1 room on the valley side) each with bunk bed, small wardrobe and large under-bed drawer) The maximum occupancy of the chalet is either 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. Cellar: Washing and drying cellar with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Color and heavy-duty detergents as well as fabric softeners are available as well as clothes racks, ironing board and iron and laundry basket. Extension (approx. 2 sqm): To the right of the house entrance there is a small lockable extension in which you can put things that you do not want to have/store in the house. There are also two small charcoal grills with charcoal and lighters. Parking: From the parking lot above the chalet (1 parking space or, by arrangement, 1 additional parking space), you can reach the chalet via a long staircase. Guest access The chalet is rented completely as a self-sufficient house! Other things to note There is a tourist tax of CHF 5.50 per adult per night. (2.75 CHF for children between 6 and 12 years of age), which must be paid in Anzère at the Office du Tourisme. In return, Anzère/Ayent regularly offers various free or discounted leisure activities and tours (e.g. wine tastings, ski, winter and night hikes, astronomy evenings at the Arbaz observatory, Hunsky sleigh rides, handicraft courses and much more).
