Located in a quiet, family area, we welcome up to 10 people for a dream stay. The large south-facing terrace is a real invitation to rest and relax. Well equipped, our house of 170 m2 offers 5 bedrooms including one on the ground floor. The space On the ground floor: open-equipped kitchen ( fridge, hob, oven, food processor, microwave, coffee maker, senseo, toaster...) foosball dining room living room with tv 1 bedroom with its shower room + TV separategarage toilet with washer, dryer, shower for the return from the beach and a second fridge. Upstairs: 1 bathroom with a large basin, 1 bathtub and 1 toilet. 4 bedrooms with TV. All beds are 140*190 with new and quality bedding for your comfort. Electric heating. 800 m2 unclosed land including 500 m2 of lawn and space to park without worries. Napoleon charcoal and Weber gas grill for your grills, table tennis and outdoor games (babygton , football, molky, shuffleboard, children's beach toys.... ). Guest access You have access to Saint efflam beach 200 meters away. In addition, nearby: many hikes ( GR34 along the pink granite coast), water activities ( sailing, windsurfing, surfing... ) within a 5-minute walk and other visits. Ideally located for visiting the area and its right wonders between Morlaix and Perros-Guirec. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided, the beds will be made so you will just have to set up your belongings. The cleaning package is not included but can be added. We are in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, also, we ask our tenants to be quiet after 10pm. We welcome up to 10 guests, no extension possible.
