Well equipped, our 170 m2 house offers 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Unfenced plot of 800 m2 including 500 m2 of lawn and space to park without worries. Napoleon charcoal and Weber gas barbecue for your grills, ping pong table and outdoor games (babygton, soccer, molky, shuffleboard, children's beach toys...). Guest access You have access to Saint Efflam beach 200 meters away. In addition, nearby: many hikes (GR34 along the pink granite coast), water activities (sailing, sand yachting, surfing...) within 5 minutes' walk and other visits. Ideally located for visiting the area and its wonders, right between Morlaix and Perros-Guirec. Other things to note Linens and bath towels are provided, the beds will be made so you will just have your belongings to unpack. The cleaning fee is not included but can be added. We are in a quiet and peaceful area, so we ask our tenants not to make noise after 10 p.m. We accommodate up to 10 guests, no extension possible.
