In this house we offer 2 identical 90 sqm holiday flats on the 2nd floor of the house in a very beautiful green residential area neraby the main train station. They each consist of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a modern and very well equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bathtub, a separate toilet, a balcony and a small storage room. Access to the internet via wifi is free of charge. On request, you can rent a parking space directly at the house (EUR 8/night). The space The location of the holiday flats Koblenz- City is perfect for a sightseeing holiday. They are only a 7 minute walk from the main railway station and a 3 minute walk from the beautiful Rhine area. To the city and the historic part of the town it is a wonderful walk along the river Rhine. By car, you can reach very fast all excursion destinations like castles and fortresses in the beautiful surroundings of Koblenz. Don't miss the worth seeing city forest with very good restaurants and a beautiful deer park is only 5 minutes by car from the house. But also by public buses and the Deutsche Bahn excellent short transport connections are possible. All large sports facilities for football, handball, volleyball, basketball, tennis are only about 1.5 km away. Guest access Our rental prices include free internet access via Wifi, the use of the laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and all energy costs such as water, electricity and gas. In the attic there is a large room where washed clothes can be dried. For each booking we provide 1 parking space per flat free of charge. Other things to note You can bring your own bed linen or borrow it for a fee (15 Euro/ set of bed linen, 5 Euro/ set of towels).
